Chris graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2004 with 1st class honours in Drama and Theatre Studies, and then completed a diploma in Art and Design, gaining a distinction. He is currently completing his training, taking a Postgraduate Diploma in Theatre Design at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
Some of the many design credits completed during his degree include Saved, Kvetch, All My Sons, and Richard Brome's The Antipodes. Chris designed and art directed Royal Holloway's phenomenally successful outdoor production of Titus Andronicus in 2003, and went on to design for fringe productions in Edinburgh and London (Baby, Bedlam Theatre, Jesus Christ Superstar, Bloomsbury UCL and Twenty Seconds, Camden People's Theatre). He has also directed productions of Road by Jim Cartwright and Phyllis Nagy's Disappeared, and lit Anthony Neilson's Stitching as part of the University's 2004 MA Season.
